Explore Ways to Begin

There is more than one way to take part.

We can sit down together and talk about the things that matter. We can gather around a table, learn something new, ask questions, pray, or make something with our hands.

Sometimes the beginning is as simple as showing up.

I'm Elle D. Miller. My work brings spiritual direction, somatic practice, Christian faith, and meaningful creativity into everyday life, here in Blacksburg, Virginia, and online.

Here are four ways to begin.

Work With Me

Individual spiritual direction & somatic support

For the questions you're living with, the decisions before you, and the things that deserve more than a passing thought.

Individual sessions offer time for honest conversation, spiritual discernment, and attentive work with the body. We begin with what matters to you.

What We Make Together

Creative community projects & shared experiences

A length of yarn. A knot tied for someone we love. A piece of work that grows because another person has added something of their own.

I create opportunities for churches, organizations, and communities to make something meaningful together. Each person's contribution becomes part of something larger.

Gather & Experience

Live gatherings, classes & workshops

Come for an evening of reflection, a morning with yarn and coffee, or an experience that gives you something worth carrying into the rest of your week.

We gather online and in person to explore faith, embodied living, prayer, and the pleasure of learning and making alongside other people.

Read & Make

Books, writing & creative practices

There are stories worth sitting with, questions worth returning to, and things worth making simply because we can.

Explore my books, essays, crochet, and creative invitations. Some you'll take into a quiet afternoon. Others you may find yourself sharing.
