A Space to Tend What Still Aches
As we turn toward the holidays—a season often filled with both beauty and ache—we’ll gather online for four gentle mornings of shared presence.
Grief is many things.
It is the loss of a person, yes—but also the quiet unraveling of what was, what could have been, and what no longer is. It can live in the body, in memory, and in the breath.
This is an invitation to slow down, to breathe, and to remember that even here, you are not alone.
What to Expect
Our time together will draw from the strength, grace, and grounding practices of both contemplative and somatic traditions—spaces that honor the body, the Spirit, and the stories we carry.
Each session will include:
A brief reflection and invitation to presence
A somatic or spiritual practice to ground what aches
Space for silence, breath, and shared stillness
Together, we’ll practice walking gently—with ourselves, one another, and our communities—as we near the holidays in a time when many are weary.
We’ll learn to name grief without needing to fix it or rush it away.
How to Join
Participation is open to all.
You do not need to purchase the book to join these gatherings.
However, you are warmly invited to bring along the companion book,
Breath Becomes Air: The Wild Edge of Sorrow—
a 21-day journey through loss, love, and the spaces in between.
It offers daily reflections, somatic practices, and poetic benedictions to accompany your time here.
