A Second Labyrinth Page: Journaling Through Transition
There are transitions that feel like unraveling.
Even the good ones can disorient us—
from single to married,
from married to parenting,
from a full house to a quiet one,
from one chapter of work to another we haven’t yet named.
Lately, I’ve felt myself in that liminal place—personally and professionally.
Thirty years of parenting behind me.
My private practice shifting shape.
Not lost, exactly—but not entirely anchored either.
So I sat down again with a labyrinth journaling page—this time with the theme of transition.
And I let the page hold what I didn’t quite have words for.
This 40-minute video isn’t polished or pre-planned.
It’s me—real time—gathering a few pens, an extra sheet of paper, settling in with breath and silence…
and then beginning.
Not with answers.
But with presence.
I walk through the process with you—
showing what it looks like to let the labyrinth guide the hand, the thoughts, the turning-over of things too tangled to say plainly.
If you’re in a season of change—welcomed or not—
If you’re craving a moment to just be in the middle of it all—
This practice might meet you, too.
No pressure to do it perfectly.
Just an invitation to come as you are.
Watch when you’re ready.
Bring your own page.
Or simply sit with me in the unfolding.
