In a world shaped by hurry, noise, and constant input, stillness has become unfamiliar—even uncomfortable.
And yet Scripture invites us again and again to pause.
To listen.
To be still and know.
This course and retreat series offers a sacred return:
Not to silence as performance, but to quiet as presence.
Not to stillness as emptiness, but as a place where body and Spirit meet.
Over the coming seasons—from short, daily practices to immersive retreat spaces—we’ll build our capacity for calm.
We’ll learn to sit with what arises.
We’ll explore silence through Scripture, somatic wisdom, and the gentle rhythms of sacred pause.
This is a slow journey.
A deep one.
And it’s open to all.
